Liverpool will be back in action after the international break on Sunday, November 22 with a game against Leicester City. Ahead of the game, the Reds are ‘cautiously optimistic’ that Andy Robertson and Jordan Henderson will prove their fitness in time to face the Foxes.

Jurgen Klopp’s side were hit with injuries as Virgil van Dijk, Trent Alexander-Arnold, Andy Robertson, Joe Gomez and Jordan Henderson are currently unavailable. Mohamed Salah is also unavailable due to having tested positive for coronavirus.

Henderson was withdrawn from England squad due to muscle tightness, while Robertson missed Scotland’s game against Slovakia. However, according to Mirror, the Reds are hopeful that Henderson and Robertson will both pass late fitness tests in order to face Leicester City.

Meanwhile, Fabinho has been out with a hamstring injury but he is expected to return to training this week.
