Liverpool handed huge Mohamed Salah boost in Premier League title race

Mohamed Salah had been due to link up to Egypt National team for the Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers next month as they are in action against Nigeria and the Niger Republic in matches on March 22 and 26, however, Liverpool have handed a major boost by the Egyptian FA. Egyptian FA chief Ahmed Shobier has confirmed Salah will not be called up. “Mohamed Salah will not play the Niger game in the AFCON qualifiers or the Nigeria friendly,” the EFA vice president told KingFut. “Ahmed Hegazi will probably also be left out of the squad.”
