Liverpool are allowed to use the Club World Cup champions badge. Merseyside club have appealed to Premier League and asked them to allow the club use FIFA world champions badge during the league games
PL have considered the appellation and have given a positive answer to Liverpool. However, Reds will be allowed to use kits with the badge only in a single match.
The law states that only charitable messaging could be added to kits during the season. Other kinds of badges should be approved by the Premier League.
Also, Liverpool aren’t allowed to use the badge during the FA Cup matches. In order to get a permission Merseyside club will have to launch another appeal, this time to Football Association.
Liverpool believe this badge could only be good for the English football. While domestic associations are strict in their rules, UEFA allow to use the badge during the Champions League.
