Liverpool forward Roberto Firmino's record against Bayern Munich

Liverpool welcome Bayern Munich to Anfield on Tuesday night for the first leg of their Champions League last-16 tie. The Reds Forward Roberto Firmino knows Bayern well from his time in Bundesliga. Firmino came up against Bayern eight time during his four years with Hoffenheim, fining himself on the losing side six times. His solitary strike against the German champions came in a 3-3 draw at the Allianz Arena in March 2014, scoring the final goal of the match 15 minutes from time to earn his side a point. That is one of only two occasions the 27-year-old has avoided defeat against Tuesday's opponents - the other being a goalless draw in October 2011.
