Liverpool could reportedly sign two new players during the summer transfer window despite missing out on Timo Werner, who agreed to join the Reds Premier League rivals Chelsea.
The Reds have been strongly linked with the RB Leipzig star, however, the 24-year-old joined the Blues.
Jurgen Klopp’s side are likely to feel the financial impact of the coronavirus pandemic, but according to The Athletic, the Reds could still bring two new players to the club.
The report claims that Liverpool could bring a new forward to the club as they face being without Mohamed Salah and Sadio Mane next January because of the Africa Cup of Nations.
This season’s summer transfer window could run until October.
