Liverpool close to sign Monaco star

According to ‘The Sun’, Liverpool are a step away from signing Monaco star Thomas Lemar. 22-year-old midfielder will cost Liverpool £90 m as teams have agreed transfer terms. Lemar was on the shortlist of Arsene Wenger during summer transfer window, but stayed in French side to play one more season before leaving.
