Liverpool ace reveals how Steven Gerrard helps him at Rangers

Liverpool ace Ryan Kent, currently playing on loan for Rangers under Steven Gerrard, has spoken out on his coach’s influence on him and how he has begun to enjoy football again after 2 hard season at German side Freiburg and Bristol City. “I've thoroughly enjoyed the journey I've been on, there's been a lot of enjoyable times.” Kent has told Rangers TV (via LiverpoolECHO) “I've re-found my love for the game, I probably missed that last year not playing as much. With the fans and everybody associated with Rangers Football Club, I've been really welcomed here and I've thoroughly enjoyed it. “I feel like I really fit into this team. I buy into the philosophies and the style of play Steven Gerrard is putting into the team. “Sometimes noise outside of the pitch has affected the way I've played. Playing under Steven gives me more confidence to perform the way I want to perform. “He gives me the belief that I can go and achieve things out on the pitch and be fearless.” Kent added. 22 year old Merseyside club loanee will reportedly get a 2-3 match ban after striking Celtic captain Scott Brown during Old Firm Derby.
