Lionel Messi takes aim at Cristiano Ronaldo as he explains why he doesn’t boast about his success

Lionel Messi has aimed a dig at rival Cristiano Ronaldo after claiming he doesn’t need to boast about his personal success. Messi often considered the best player in the world and widely regarded as one of the greatest of all time. 10 La Liga titles, 6 Copa del Rey cups, 8 Spanish super cups, four Champions League titles, three UEFA Super Cups, FIFA Club World Cup: these are only the club trophies Messi has on his name. Nevertheless, five-time Ballon d’Or winner says, he doesn’t need to boast about his success. In a rare interview, Messi told  Marca : "I'd rather people talk about me. I know what I am, what I did and what I can give, but I keep it to myself. People can have their say. I don't like to talk about myself, I like to talk about the collective."
