Angel Di Maria has defended Ligue 1 from accusations of being predictable and uncompetitive as the PSG star used Liverpool's Premier League domination this season to support his argument. PSG are currently leading the Ligue 1 table with 12-points ahead of second placed Marseille, while the Reds are first in the Premier League table with 22-points ahead of second placed Manchester City. Speaking to Ligue 1, Di Maria said: “It has changed a lot. I think that it’s getting more competitive with every passing year. “Every season, teams are stronger, it get harder to win.
