After two long weeks of international football, Club football returns with current league leaders PSG traveling to Monaco

AS Monaco host Ligue 1 Champions PSG at home in Friday’s clash. Niko Kovac’s side are heading into the game with two victories in their last two matches. They beat Bordeaux with a 4-0 score and their all-time rivals Nice with a 2-1 score. PSG have an impressive winning streak as they have won their last eight Ligue 1 matches.

Benjamin Lecomte will miss the game with a head injury and Vito Mannone is expected to start for Les Monegasques. Meanwhile, midfielder Aleksandr Golovin is unavailable due to a hamstring injury. Djibril Sidibe, on the other hand, is expected to replace Ruben Aguilar, who will miss the game due to suspension.

Wissam Ben Yedder was sent home from the France squad after testing positive for COVID-19 and will miss this match as a result.

Neymar and Kylian Mbappe have both been named in PSG’s squad to face Monaco tonight after recovering from injury. However, Marquinhos, Leandro Paredes, and Ángel Di Maria could be rested and Tuchel will also be without Mauro Icardi, Julian Draxler, Idrissa Gueye, Thilo Kehrer and Juan Bernat.
