Harry Shaw, a terminally ill five-year-old boy whose message of goodwill inspired Lewis Hamilton to race to victory, has died.
Shaw passed away on Saturday after a ten-month battle with Ewing’s sarcoma, a rare form of bone cancer.
Little boy warmed hearts around the world after he sent Hamilton a good luck message ahead of the Spanish Grand Prix in May.
Hamilton said he was “inspired” and delighted Harry as he dedicated his win to him and sent the trophy and one of his cars to his Surrey home.
