Lewis Hamilton has US Grand Prix scare as water leak strikes hours before race

Hamilton can win his fifth world title in Austin tonight but his celebrations could have been postponed. Mercedes mechanics have been forced to make last-minute fixes to Lewis Hamilton and Valtteri Bottas' cars just two hours before the start of the US Grand Prix. Both pumps were fresh for the US Grand Prix but they will be replaced by “old, proven pumps of the same spec.”
