Lewis Hamilton has warned his F1 rivals that he is “on another level” heading into the 2020 season.
Hamilton won his sixth F1 title last year and he is aiming to claim the seventh title to match the record of Michael Schumacher.
Speaking on his first day back at Mercedes’ Brackley headquarters ahead of the new campaign, the 35-year-old Briton spoke about his “incredible” winter break.
“It’s been an incredible winter,” Hamilton said. “I’ve had a lot of time with family and friends and I would say one of the best times has been with my dad.
“Secondly, the training has just been different this year, so the feeling I have physically and mentally its on another level compared to last year. So that’s a real positive.”
