Ralf Schumacher believes, Mercedes driver Lewis Hamilton has two options when it comes to his future. The 35-year-old star is yet to sign a new deal with his team. The Brit has been coy about extending his stay with the team after racing for them since 2013 when he joined from McLaren.

Since then he’s become dominant in F1, winning the Drivers’ Championship in 2014, 2015, 2017, 2018 and 2019. And he’s expected to soon wrap up title triumph number seven.

Schumacher thinks the Brit has two options when it comes to his future.

“In my opinion, there are only two options for him: stop or extend,” he told Sky Sports. “I don’t see any other option for Lewis. The question is how much motivation he still has and I am curious about his choice. I’m sure he’ll take the title in 2021 if he continues. The boys aren’t ‘annoying’ enough for Lewis at the moment.”
