Leroy Sane rubbishes Manchester United rumours

Manchester City attacker Leroy Sane has dismissed claims that he could join Manchester United. This came as the German made a slow start to the campaign with no starts in the champions’ opening four Premier League matches. Sane, who won the PFA Young Player of the Year award last season, has been more like his old self of late and scored in Sunday’s 6-1 thrashing of Southampton at the Etihad Stadium. Sane himself insists the suggestions are nonsense. "That won't happen! That won't happen (joining United)," Sane told reporters. "That won't happen at all. I am really happy here and I'm on the right side!"
