Ahead of the game in Palermo, Bonucci faced the press and to the question from Vbet News about the situation with Karapetyan, Bonucci replied: “Honestly, as I have already explained, I have not simulated. I took a shot four days before in the left eye, I still have the signs and I have the points. It was instinct, not because Karapetyan was already warned.

“There are times when you don’t think about certain things, I’ve never done such a thing and never will. I didn’t know he was already warned. I have never been afraid of the criticism and the words of the fans or opponents. Maximum respect for all Armenians, we will meet tomorrow evening with Karapetyan, there will be another ninety minutes.”
