Leicester City send message to Chelsea over Ben Chilwell transfer

Leicester City have reportedly demanded £75 million from Chelsea for their transfer target Ben Chilwell. The Blues have identified the 23-year-old as his first-choice target to strenghen their left back and are ready to make a move in the upcoming transfer window. As The Times claim Chelsea and Leicester are in talks, however the Foxes are standing firm and want a similar fee to the £80m that Manchester United paid to sign Harry Maguire previous year. The report also adds that Leicester have told Chelsea they are aware that money is not a problem by mentioning the deals for Hakim Ziyech and Timo Werner, who is set to join from RB Leipzig. The Blues are reportedly open to selling four players, including Marcos Alonso, Emerson Palmieri, Andreas Christensen and Kurt Zouma, in order to fund a big-money move for Chilwell. Source- Metro
