Leicester City and Premier League rivals interested in Belgian international

Leicester City have reportedly entered the race to sign Anderlecht's youngster Yari Verschaeren. As Italian reports claim, Brendan Rodgers' side alongside Aston Villa are in the battle to sign the 18-year-old midfielder, with Southampton and Wolverhampton Wanderers having previously been linked with the player. Leicester reportedly ‘like’ Verschaeren, who has been impressing with his display. The Belgian international has made 19 appearances for Anderlecht so far this season, scoring twice and providing one assist for his side. He signed a new deal with Anderlecht in March which expires in 2022. Source- Leicestershire Live
