Leeds United to offer Patrick Bamford new deal

Leeds United are preparing to offer Patrick Bamford a lucrative new contract to try and persuade him to stay at the club, according to The Sun. Bamford has been having an impressive season as he has made overall 17 appearances for the Whites in which he has scored 10 goals and provided 3 assists. The 27-year-old has just 18 months left to his contract and Leeds fear that rival clubs could make their move. So, Marcelo Bielsa's side are planning to meet with the striker's representatives and offer him a new deal. Bamford has been with the Whites since 2018. Before making a move to Leeds, the 27-year-old has played for several clubs on loan while being a Chelsea player.
