Manchester City "aren’t hiding their interest" in Lyon midfielder Houssem Aouar, according to Le Parisian via Sports Witness. The Citizens have already succeeded in signing Ferran Torres and Nathan Ake and will be looking for more new players to improve the squad. Pep Guardiola's side have been linked with the move for the 22-year-old for the summer transfer window. The report claims there is still no agreement between the two sides, while he could be sold if "a bid deemed satisfying" is made. Aouar is valued at £41m, according to Transfermarkt. He has recorded 16 goals and 16 assists in his 97 appearances for Lyon in Ligue 1. With City already strengthening in attack and defence, the player could be a new midfield option in Guardiola's squad.
