Lazio agree personal terms with Chelsea fullback

Lazio are a step closer to signing Chelsea fullback Davide Zappacosta, according to TMW. The Serie A side, have agreed to cover Zappacosta's €2m salary at Chelsea to bring him back to Italy. The stumbling block is the form of the loan, Chelsea are demanding an obligatory permanent option, while Lazio would prefer a choice in signing Zappacosta permanently.
