Kris Boyd has questioned the work rate of Celtic star Tom Rogic during Sky Sports’ coverage of Sunday’s 3-3 draw at Pittodrie against Aberdeen. The Aussie midfielder proved to be crucial for Neil Lennon’s side. But Rangers icon Boyd was asked what Celtic need to get back to winning ways, and he responded by stating Celtic need hard-working players. He picked out Rogic as an example, claiming Celtic “don’t need” a player like the Aussie. “Hard work. There’s no getting away from it. Whatever way you look at it, the only way you can turn around results is by working hard on your opponents, and things will happen,” Boyd said. “You can include Tom Rogic in this, he was walking about in stages here, and for Celtic right now, they don’t need that. They need players that are going to work their socks off from the first minute to the last minute.”
