Juventus to plan signing Barcelona’s Ivan Rakitic

Juventus are planning to sign Barcelona midfielder Ivan Rakitic in the January transfer window according to Mundo Deportivo. Rakitic has been linked with a move away from Barcelona as he lost his place in the starting lineup after the arrival of youngster Frenkie De Jong from Ajax. Serie A champions have attempted to sign Rakitic in summer and now are interested in the Croatian international as well and have reportedly contacted with the Catalan club. This is bad news for Inter Milan as they are eager to sign another Barcelona midfielder Arturo Vidal, and Barcelona are not set to sell two midfielders in the upcoming January transfer window.
