Jurgen Klopp’s agent speaks out on German’s future at Liverpool

Jurgen Klopp Marc Kosicke has spoken out on German coach’s future at Merseyside club.  Klopp, who has taken charge of Reds during 2015/16 season, has won the first major trophy for Liverpool, after beating Tottenham Hotspur in Champions League final.  Liverpool were also close to win EPL title for the first time in 29 years, however, they lost the epic battle to Manchester City with only one point.  It has been earlier reported that Klopp could not extend his contract, as Jurgen is interested in taking charge of Germany national team at some point during his career.  Kosice said that one day Jurgen might want to return to Germany, but currently he has a contract with Liverpool and doesn’t think about other options. In other words, he won’t be available in the market.  Jurgen feels comfortable at Merseyside club, he knows that he is in the right place at the right time.  "How is it going to work with a coach, under which the value of the club has increased in just three years from just under £900million to nearly £2.8billion? That is not how it works.” Kosicke told German media outlet Die Welt (via LiverpoolECHO). “Jurgen is happy there and looks very [settled], but it is true that the Champions League title has relaxed a lot in terms of external perception." Kosicke added.  Source - LiverpoolECHO
