Jurgen Klopp sends warning to Liverpool's rivals after Champions League victory

Jurgen Klopp's side had a successful season as they became the Champions League winners, after reaching the final for the second time in a row. The Reds could have won the Premier League as well, however, they finished second by being just one point behind Manchester City. Ahead of the new season, Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp has sent a message to the Reds' rivals. “My players this year did remarkable things," said Klopp. “I called them mentality giants after we beat Barcelona (in the Champions League last four) – but that’s not saying enough. Skill, intelligence, emotion, fitness – they have it all. “Take all the joy from this campaign and do so in the knowledge we want it again," continued Klopp “Love the memories and use them to shape our future.” Premier League 2019/20 season will kick-off August 9,2019.
