Jurgen Klopp has raved about Takumi Minamino claiming Liverpool man is an "outstanding talent". Since joining the Reds back in January 2020, Minamino found his playing time limited in Jurgen Klopp's squad. Later, in February of 2021, he was loaned to Southampton for an improvement. After his return to Anfield, the Japanese international has already managed to impress, scoring two of the winning goals in Liverpool's EFL Cup third round clash against Norwich City in the midweek. "He is an outstanding talent," Klopp said about Minaimino in the pre-match conference ahead of Brentford (via Liverpool Echo). "Everything was difficult when he joined and you need to get used to the Premier League. It helped massively going to Southampton and he came back a different player and a different package.
