Jurgen Klopp says he has been ‘really surprised’ by one Liverpool starlet at Kirkby

Jurgen Klopp has shared an update on Harvey Elliott following the latter's return on the grass earlier this week. Speaking to Liverpool’s official club website, Klopp said he has been ‘really surprised’ by the 18-year-old at Liverpool’s training ground.

“Harvey [Elliott] as well is in a really good place. We cannot rush that but I was really surprised when I saw him running and it looks completely normal, which is a good sign.   "He is completely without pain and stuff like this, now he can really make the next steps,” Klopp said.

Elliott was ruled out due to very nasty injury against Leeds back in September, but luckily he's recovering very rapidly. The Reds' starlet is back running on the grass after his dislocated ankle.   Source - hitc Join us on Telegram!/ Follow us on Twitter!
