Jurgen Klopp has revealed he sent a text message to Bobby Firmino and Alisson Becker

Liverpool head coach Jurgen Klopp has revealed he’s sent a text message to congratulate Alisson Becker and Roberto Firmino on winning Copa America 2019. Both Liverpool stars had their massive contribution for Selecao to win their first Copa in 12 years. Brazil beat Peru in the final 3-1 due to goals from Ewerton, Gabriel Jesus and Richarlison. Klopp said he’s sent some videos and voice messages to Firmino and Alisson, as they were having a good time.  German also added that both players need to rest ahead of the pre-season. As reported earlier, Brazilian internationals, alongside with Mohamed Salah, will not train until the last pre-season game and Community Shield against Manchester City, that is scheduled on August 4 at Wembley Stadium.  I think the last time they [Brazil] won it was 2007, they were kids. Ali, now 26, was 14 years old then, so it’s just nice. You watch the game then and they could not have imagined that they would be the next generation to win it. I’m really happy for them” Klopp added. (via LiverpoolECHO) Source - LiverpoolECHO
