Jurgen Klopp reacts on PFA Team of the Year selection

Liverpool head coach Jurgen Klopp has spoken out on PFA Team of the Year selection. 4 Merseyside club stars including Trent Alexander-Arnold, Andrew Robertson, Virgil Van Dijk and Sadio Mane have been in the squad, while Alisson Becker, Mo Salah and Georginio Wijnaldum, that also had fantastic seasons, missed out. “It’s impressive and deserved as well,” Klopp said (via LiverpoolECHO). “For me, my team is the team of the season as well. From my point of view there could have been four, five, six or seven more players involved. “They all played an outstanding season, but the players in the Premier League make the decision." he added. Klopp admitted that he would've loved to see Wijnaldum, Salah and Henderson either, however, there are 20 teams and there was almost no chance to see 7-8 players from his side. Liverpool will face Huddersfield on Friday, as Manchester City have taken the advantage in title race after beating Manchester United at Old Trafford Stadium.
