Jurgen Klopp provides injury update on Thiago Alcantara

Thiago Alcantara is making "his first steps back towards team training", according to Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp. The Spain international is out of action since picking up a knee injury during the Merseyside derby. Now the midfielder is back to training, however, he yet to make a return to a first team squad. "Thiago made his first steps back towards team training. He is not involved in the full session but makes good steps. A long time he is out now so you cannot rush it," Klopp said.
