Jurgen Klopp has spoken up on Mohamed Salah's current contract situation.
According to
Express, Liverpool boss has confirmed that talks are ongoing over a contract renewal.
The German manager stays optimistic, and reassures the fans with a 'when there is a decision we will tell you' sentence.
“So we’re all adults, we’re all professionals, there are talks and talks and when there is a decision we will tell you.
Klopp also added
“Until then it is only important how the parties work together in these things (contract talks). It is not about Mo it is more general, so if that is perfect which it is, then we don’t have to talk about anything else. And 35 people can talk in the background but with two years left (on his contract) you can imagine there are talks and that is it.”
Mo Salah is believed to be one of the most important players of the Reds, and putting a pen on a new deal is a 'must' - supporters think.
The Egyptian has two years remaining at the Anfield, until summer 2023.
