Jurgen Klopp has admitted his side should recover from being in "party" before the Premier League clash against Newcastle United.
The newly-crowned champions lifted the league trophy last night, following their 5 - 3 win over Chelsea. On Sunday the Reds will be traveling to St James' Park for their last Premier League game of the season.
And ahead of the clash Liverpool boss said:
"Now we have a party, then we have to recover, then we play Newcastle.
We have 96 points and it would obviously be really nice if we could get 99.
It will be difficult but who cares – it was very difficult (on Wednesday) because Chelsea was so good and the boys did it anyway."
Premier League teams will get prepared for the next term after Sunday's game, on which Klopp added:
"We have another game in three days then a few days off then we start again.
We will be ready."
