Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp admits 3 players received injury against Napoli. Klopp said the knock sustained by  Alexander-Arnold towards the end of Liverpool's 1-0 win over Napoli will require further assessment, that's why he replaced him by Dejan Lovren in the 90th minute. Full-back Joel Matip has been taken to hospital to undergo tests on a shoulder injury, while James Milner also went off with cramp. “I’m not sure. Nobody told me anything about [Joel’s] shoulder, so hopefully, that’s a good sign. Trent got a knock on his foot, we are not sure about what exactly it is. It is painful. Millie had cramps – I hope it was only cramp. That was it, I don’t know anything else.” said Liverpool manager after UCL  Napoli match.
