Update on Juan Mata's transfer: The Spaniard delays the decision over his future

Manchester United player Juan Mata is not ready to commit his future to the club and will wait until January to assess his options. Mata will be out of contract at the end of the season and United want to protect their investment in the 30-year-old by extending his deal. According to ESPN, Mata wants to stay at United but will wait to speak to foreign clubs in January before making final decision. The Spaniard joined United £37m in 2014 and has made close to 199 appearances for the Red Devils.
