Journalist provides update on Manchester City's pursuit of Harry Kane

Manchester City remain "committed" to completing a move for Harry Kane. However, they are unlikely to renew their efforts to sign Tottenham attacker next summer, according to Dail Mail journalist Sami Mokbel. The Spurs' star has been named in the club's 25-man squad for Thursday's Europa Conference League play-off versus Portuguese side Pacos de Ferreira, with the player himself informing about his availability after a five-day quarantine. Mokbel claims City believe they will get full value out of a move this window, while they are reluctant to carry their pursuit in case of failing to secure Kane's transfer this month.
