Josh Kroenke reveals Arsenal plans for the final week of the summer transfer window

Arsenal are not active in the summer transfer window because of limited budget of around £45million. The Gunners have been linked with a number of targets including Kieran Tierney, Ryan Fraser and Wilfried Zaha but none of them has joined them so far except Brazilian forward Gabriel Martinelli. Following the wave of anger raised by Arsenal fans, the son of owner Stan Kroenke Spoke exclusively with football.london in Denver, Colorado trying to find answers to all the questions. And  Josh Kroenke has reaffirmed the message that the Gunners must find other solutions and adapt their transfer strategy accordingly. "I've always told [Raul and Vinai] we need to be as aggressive as possible," he said in his interview to football.london. "It's no secret that we have a Champions League wage bill on a Europa League budget right now. That's a fact. And one that we're figuring out how to face internally at the moment. "That doesn't mean that my father or I have ever said anything about any restrictions on spending. We know where we need to be and we know the areas we need to address on the pitch. "We talk about those extensively, usually before the supporters become concerned about those roles. We try to stay ahead of the curve and these guys are working as hard as they can behind the scenes to bring some more talent into our pool."
