Jose Mourinho's side are close to bringing loanee Giovani Lo Celso to the club on a permanent basis in a £27million deal this month. Spurs brought in the Argentine during the summer on a loan deal, and have a £34m option in the upcoming summer. As Marca report, the Mourinho wants to make the Real Betis man his first signing as Spurs boss. Lo Celso has been at the club since deadline day back in August, however, he has started just two Premier League games this season, having been brought on nine times. The 23-year-old's deal at the north London club will run out in the summer, but the Premier League have the option to either sign him permanently in January or the summer.
