Jose Mourinho says that he believed Liverpool would win the Premier League title after they celebrated a victory over Manchester City in November. Speaking after Tottenham's 2-0 win over Manchester City on Sunday, Mourinho said: "I had the feeling early in November when I was with you, I had that feeling.
