Jose Mourinho provides Alexis Sanchez injury update

Jose Mourinho has provided an update on Alexis Sanchez’s injury that kept him out of Manchester United defeat to Brighton. The Portuguese said ahead of kick-off: "Alexis was going to play but he had a little problem so we had to decide the opportunity for one attacking player. "I don’t know really [the extent of Sanchez's injury]," Mourinho said. "Let’s wait for the results of the studies, Mourinho said after the shock loss to Brighton. "But I don’t think it’s a big thing. I think it will be one or two weeks maximum." Sanchez will likely miss next Monday's clash with Tottenham as a result, but could return at Burnley on September 2.
