Jose Mourinho criticises Bruno Fernandes' Portugal displays

Jose Mourinho has criticised Bruno Fernandes and the way he plays for Portugal. The Manchester United playmaker is expected to show as much impressive displays for his country as he demonstrates for the Red Devils. However, after recent 2-4 loss to Germany, former United boss Mourinho has criticised Fernandes, while talking to talkSPORT. "Portugal at its highest level can beat anyone," said Mourinho. "But we need to play with eleven players, in these two matches Bruno Fernandes was on the pitch but not playing. "He can pass, he can score. He can get penalties, he can score penalties, he can score free-kicks. He has a lot to give, but the reality is, in these two matches [vs Hungary and Germany] he was not there. "I hope he [Bruno Fernandes] turns up against France, because he's a player with incredible potential." Portugal's last group stage match is set to be played on Wednesday, against France at  Puskas Arena, Budapest, Hungary. Join us on Telegram!/ Follow us on Twitter!
