Jorginho speaks out on possible Ballon d’Or nomination

  Jorginho was asked about the possibility of being nominated for Ballon D'Or after Italy became EURO 2020 champions. Italy celebrated a 3-2 win on penalties over England as the game ended in a 1-1 draw. Luke Shaw opened the scoring at the second minute, while Leonardo Bonucci equalised in the second half and after the extra time the game was decided on penalties. Andrea Belotti missed from Italy, meanwhile, Marcus Rashford, Jadon Sancho and Bukayo Saka missed from the Three Lions and Italy celebrated a victory. Winning EURO 2020 was Jorginho's second title of the year as he won the Champions League with Chelsea in May. Following the game, Jorginho was asked about the possible Ballon d’Or nomination via beIN SPORTS. He said: “Nahh! Next question! I don’t want to talk or think about it.”
