Jesse Lingard has given fans an insight into a detailed plan that helped him give an impressive performance for West Ham, while on loan.
Lingard joined the Hammers in January of the last season from Manchester United and showed impressive performances with having scored 9 goals and providing 5 assists in 16 appearances. Lingard helped the Hammers to take Europa League spot as they finished 6th.
After having performed in a high level for the Hammers, Lingard was called up to England's preliminary squad, however, he didn't make the cut.
The midfielder is currently back at United, where he has been training with the team as they are currently having pre-season friendly games.
Lingard took to Instagram and reflected on his recent form by sharing several pictures which was titled "Jesse 2.0."
He wrote: "Thank you @alexiadis_alexandros for the analysis last year and congratulations on getting your new coaching role fully deserved 👏🏾 Now lets get ready for the new season 💪🏾 #jlingz."
