Jan Vertonghen has dropped a huge hint on Twitter about a potential new contract with Tottenham. He liked a post asking if a new contract was going to be signed. Rumours have stated that Vertonghen wants to stay at Spurs, and would like to sign a new one-year extension. Tottenham will probably not see the 32-year-old as a long-term candidate with the likes of Davinson Sanchez and Toby Alderweireld.
