Manchester United are keen on Atletico Madrid goalkeeper Jan Oblack, who is one of the best goalkeepers in the world and recently helped his side dethrone Real Madrid as La Liga Champions. A move to Old Trafford appeals to the Slovenia international and a swap deal involving De Gea is possible this summer.
De Gea helped United win their last Premier League title under Sir Alex Ferguson back in 2013. But, over the past 18 months, the 30-year-old has regressed.
According to The Sun, people within United have been actively calling on Ole Gunnar Solskjaer to make the signing, with the Atletico star one of the best on the planet. De Gea is open to returning to his old club but it fails to elaborate on what Oblak himself makes of a potential move to Old Trafford. However, last month, 90min claimed the 28-year-old was eager to move to the club.
