Jack Grealish makes Aston Villa admission in response to Manchester City question

On Saturday night Jack Grealish scored his first goal for England against Andorra. The former Aston Villa captain admits he isn't performing at the same level at Manchester City as he did with his boyhood club during 2020/21 season. The England international, who became the most expensive British footballer in history, moved to Etihad for a fee of £100million this summer, which became a Premier League record transfer fee. After last night international clash, when asked if he is currently enjoying his football more than ever before, Grealish responded on talkSPORT .
"I'm feeling good, feeling happy, I don’t think I'm playing the best football of my career at the moment.   "I feel like even last last year at Aston Villa I was playing better than I am at the moment.   "But that’s down to me and I’m sure I’ll get that consistency back when I'm playing with the lads here and when I go back to Man City.   "That’s what I’ll be aiming to do, continue scoring and carrying on getting assists.
The 26-year-old has scored 2 goals for City this season in all competitions, against Norwich City in the EPL and RB Leipzig in the Champions League.   Source - birminghammail Join us on Telegram!/ Follow us on Twitter!
