"It's childish": Ex-Arsenal player slams Jose Mourinho after last night's reaction

Former Arsenal player Martin Keown has slammed Jose Mourinho, following the manager's reaction after Tottenham's defeat to Royal Antwerp on Thursday. Europa League rivals managed to celebrate a win over the Spurs, beating the club 1 - 0, while after the clash Mourinho was critical of his players, claiming that he would have made 11 changes at half-time if he could. Moreover, the Portuguese boss took to Instagram to share his disappointment with the team, writing: "Bad performances deserve bad results. Hope everyone in this bus is as upset as I am. Tomorrow 11 AM training." And Keown feels criticising the players on social media is just one step too far. “I don’t think my respect grows for the manager." he said. "Some of those players would have felt wounded at half-time, the players who came on were hardly any better. Is this how we’re going to communicate? “If you want to talk to me, talk to my face. After the draw against West Ham, we’re hearing he didn’t speak to the players for four or five days but spoke in the public. Keep it in house. It’s a bit childish. Keep it in the dressing room, I’m not sure that’s healthy.”
