'It's an honour' - Ben White admits not passing to Arsenal teammate usually

Ben White has praised Arsenal teammate Takehiro Tomiyasu, admitting that he usually avoids passing to him. In December, Tomiyasu has made admission that the English centre-back usually fails to pass the football to him. Speaking to DAZN Japan, via Goal, White has admitted that it's merely because of tactical reasons.
“Tomi is amazing. He’s the best right-back I’ve ever played with. He’s always focused. It’s an honour to play next to him," said the 24-year old.   “I read the article about me not passing to Tomi. If you aren’t familiar with football you might not understand but opponents target passes to the right-back when they press.   “It’s not that I don’t want to pass to Tomi but it is the best way to build up our play so that it leads to the final third.”
