'It's a massive loss' - John Wenham reacts as Spurs star ruled out of the weekend clash

Tottenham Hotspur suffer a 'massive loss' as Oliver Skipp is set to miss the Leeds United clash. That is according to Spurs insider John Wenham, who regularly delivers news about the club on his Lilywhite Rose social media channels. Skipp will be missing Tottenham’s weekend game due to suspension as he picked up his fifth yellow card of the season against Everton. Wenham believes the 21-year-old’s absence will be “massive” for Antonio Conte's side as they look to return to winning ways in the Premier League.
“For me, it’s a massive loss,” Wenham told speaking to Football Insider.   “For me, Skipp was one of our best players yesterday. I saw some of the papers giving him seven out of 10 as a midfielder in a 0-0.   “I have seen some fantasists saying we will start against Leeds with the same midfield we had against Arsenal.   “That simply won’t happen. There are two weeks to work with the players.   “There are options there and Conte has two weeks to sort it out for that one game.   “Harry Winks is there who I am sure will relish a chance to come back in.   “Of course, Ndombele is also there. We have options and Leeds haven’t set the world on fire this season.”
