Liverpool will receive a timely boost as James Milner is available for next clash against West Ham United.
The 33-year-old had to sit out the Reds' 1-1 draw against Leicester City on Wednesday night because of an injury sustained against Crystal Palace.
Milner’s availability will serve as a massive boost to Jurgen Klopp as he was forced to play captain Jurdan Henderson at right-back against the Foxes.
Liverpool Echo are reporting that he will regain his place in the back four with Joe Gomez still out and Trent Alexander-Arnold not yet ready to make a return to action as he recovers from a knee ligament problem.
Jurgen Klopp has also given injury update on his team ahead of their next fixture: “Hopefully because Virg was ill, Hendo couldn’t really train, Gini couldn’t really train, so that’s all not 100% positive,” Klopp told the club's official website.
“We had a couple of other problems and that’s how it is.
"Now we played that game and I didn’t hear anything so far (in terms of other fitness issues), nothing else happened, so that means I think a few players will come back or are in better physical shape again and that helps of course.”
