"I'm interested": Former Arsenal man to being talks over his return after Mikel Arteta's claim

Former Arsenal midfielder Jack Wilshere has admitted he would be open to rejoining the Gunners in training. The 29-year-old, who has sparkled in Arsenal's 2-1 home win against Barcelona in the 2010-11 Champions League season, is currently without a club for the first time in his career after being released by Bournemouth last term. When being asked about Wilshere's possible return to the Emirates Stadium, Mikel Arteta revealed that “the door is always open” for the player. And Ex-Gunners man has reacted to Arteta's claim, saying: "To hear the manager - who I played with, who I had a good relationship with, I really enjoyed playing with him, sharing the dressing room with him - to hear him come out and say the door is always open is nice.” Then he added: “Being around good players, training with world-class players and as well just being in a team environment is something I’m interested in. I’m sure that I’ll have a conversation with someone at the club over the next couple of days.” Join us on Telegram!/ Follow us on Twitter!
